Refund and Replacement Policy

At Dar Al Faaezeen, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. If you wish to cancel a booking, please review the following conditions:

Cancellation Terms

Bookings can be cancelled up to 30 days before travel with a 10% fee. Cancellation within 15 days incurs a 25% fee. After that, no refund is available.

Refund Process

Refund requests are processed within 14-21 business days from the date of submission.
